Dear Customers. Unfortunately, some of our PAX S Series terminals have stopped working due to a software bug.

You're likely to be experiencing an issue on your PAX axept ® device when trying to process payments due to this recent software bug. 

We've identified and resolved the issue; however, the fix requires several steps on your device. These steps are completed manually.
